who's witch hunting, cuz i'm not, i'm just pointing out the obvious and if he meant what you said then he should change it so that there wouldn't be anymore misunderstandings

back to the main topic: try the configuration guides that are around the forums, I think that someone named Saiki wrote some of those for the people with troubles configuring the emulator

but anyways, Saiki only made config's that are for low end pcs (not for people that are having trouble configuring it, but it'll work anyways )
