Issues with using Xbox 360 controller

Couldn't get my hands on a Ps2 / Ps3 controller so I ended up with an Xbox 360 controller. I binded every key but when I tried using it the only things that worked was left analog stick up and right analog stick down.

Don't know if this matters, but I'm using Lilypad and playing Crash Twinsanity.

Any help is appreciated. I'm desperate

Have you checked the controller in your devices control panel and made sure that your PC is recognizing all the controllers inputs?

I know it recognizes all the controllers inputs because when I had to configure all the controls every button got a response.

Which version of PCSX2?

Also could you screenshot lilpad settings?
