It is just not working

So I got my pc yesterday and I dont have a gpu yet so i downloaded pcsx2 got everything set up and originally it was really slow around 30% or it were in the thousands of percents. But today I tried fixing it and now I have a grey screen. I tried looking at google and youtube and all I see is black screens and stuff about it being slow. Some games I try start at 100% and then move down to low 30s as time goes by and I still don't know what to do. Ive tried erasing all settings but all that does is waste my time so please help if anyone has similar experiences or advice.

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using, such as speed hacks or presets.
  
• Your GSdx graphics settings (a picture of the settings dialog is preferred)
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
