ok my cpu is to slow but what i dont understand is:the ps2 has been around for over 10 years and the ps2 has really bad hardware for today
and ps2 can run gt4 liquid

Because it´s emulation.
You are comparing a game running on its original hardware and an emulated game.
If gt4 had been ported to pc, it would have needed low requirements.
Since it's emulated, the requirements a considerably higher.
I suggest you read some articles about emulation to understand what you're up to.
