It works but its waaay too fast !!!

Hey guys excuse me if this sounds stupid but I'm trying to run Tekken 4 & 5 but the game speed is reaching 250% to 300% and it kinda ruins the game, I tried to play around with the settings to limit it to run normally but failed.

My PC Specs:
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
CPU: Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.20GHz Ivy Bridge 22nm Technology
RAM: 12.0GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
MB: MSI Z77A-G41 (MS-7758)
Moniter: ASUS VG278HV (1920x1080@144Hz)
VGA: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 
Audio: High Definition Audio Device

ahh thanks a lot it worked stupid me one more thing everytime I change the Internal Resolution (any number)x Native I get vertical black stripes like this:
