You have a very weak CPU for running PCSX2, and the version you're using is no longer supported. You need to upgrade to either 1.4 or the latest 1.5 git. But that's still not going to help slow performance. Ultimately the CPU is your biggest problem

ok so if i go buy a cpu , do u guys perhaps no like what model im looking for or something because i know there is many different types and i just dont know how to find out the type im using .

and regarding the game , does this mean jak 2 is harder on the pc than jak 3 because i can get that game to run way better , only some lags here and there but not big and not so slow like jak 2

anyhting that scores more than 2000 in this list should be good.
Dunno if Jak 2 is more demanding thatn Jak 3, but it's possible some effects aren't emulated properly.

My i7-860 is just one generation ahead of the OP and running at around 3.2Ghz i can play ratchet and clank series as perfectly as the emulator will allow and god of war series when i had it at around 3.5Ghz. So potentially they may run just as good for the most part with slightly lower clocks...prob not god of war tho. Will have to try out jak some day. Also i use a gtx1060 for around 4x to 5x native res.
