I have tried with both patches since i am not very sure which is the best for my case so they are both in the folder for now

they actually clearly show you didn't put the patches in the location we all gave you

Well,it turns out it was the wrong cheats folder.
Even if I recently started to get a hang of these,it is pretty embarassing to be honest.
Anyway,after putting them in the correct cheats folder,the game started up normally.
It crashed a few times after inputting the subtitles i wanted,but after switching to hardware mode,seems like its working as intended.
