Jak X no sound and texture glitches

I am trying to emulate Jak X but I am having issues.

1) No sound during cutscenes
2) No music and voice sfx during gameplay
3) wheels and some parts of the vehicles have bad textures.

The textures i can live with but i need that sound fixed. I've spent a few hours trying to figure out how to fix the sound but I haven't gotten anywhere.
I tried booting it up in full boot but it doesnt fix the sound.
I tried switching sound plugins and none of them worked.
I cant find any youtube videos or any information on these forums or anywhere else that would help.

I have a 1080ti and an 8600k.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
