Jak and Daxter Complete Trilogy Movie doesn't seem work
#1
I recently acquired this rare and expensive disc, but it doesn't seem to work properly through the emulator. I then ripped the disc to play off an ISO, but still had the exact same problems. I looked on the PCSX2 wiki and there was no info on its compatibility because of how rare it is. The Jak X demo sends me back to the memory card screen. When watching any of the videos, it is slow as hell, and some just don't work. I've tried on multiple computers which don't have any troubles running any other games. If you're unsure of what this is, it's this.

Could I possibly get some help on this?

isn't it made to run on a DVD movie player ?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):
[code]
Pasted emulog goes here

CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070

No, this version of it has a playable demo of Jak X, so this one is only for PS2

I downloaded the latest build from here

still the same problems

It could be the same kernel hooking problem as the retail version of Jak X, a blockdump would be nice.

No, it's a DVD movie. PCSX2 doesn't have support for them.
