Agreed, Tekken 5 looks fine with the built-in Progressive Mode under the game's options.

Hmmm, i do have VU Cycle Stealing on, I'll try it with it off.

Didn't work for the blurriness but surprisingly it increased FPS significantly O_O

I believe you have to patch the isos. You literally just have to google PS2Force480p to find out more (tutorials, details, etc).
