Japanese game even with USA bios

So I downloaded the emulator yesterday.

I have some bios here, and accidentally I choose Japan... The game was Japanese.
So I switched from Japan to Usa and... Hm, the game continues japanese.
I have reseted configs 2 times, deleted the mem card and even the PCSX2! but this isn't working...

The game is Sonic Unleashed.

What is the serial number of your Sonic game? An emulog.txt might help if you can post it.

I don't know how to see the serial number of the game.

I doubt you own all of those consoles. Your game also looks skeptical, so I'm stopping this here.
