Joystick Problem

Hello everyone. I'm sorry I was didn't read the forum's rules that's why I will open the thread again anyway.I'm trying to play naruto shuppiden ultimate ninja accel 2 and when I try to move him with joystick's arrow like up or down or right and left. These buttons are doesn't work but other buttons working as well.Also I've set my joystick's configuration.I'm just having the problem on Naruto shuppiden.
