Jumbled up textures Spartan Total Warrior
#1
Bug
Hello there,I just recently downloaded pcsx2 and i wanted to play Spartan Total Warrior.
But the problem is i just randomly get my textures messed up,like for instance a soldier is standing next to a wall and half of his face might just take up the wall texture.

Also some sprites like trees are flickering and passing through walls.

Here's a screenshot of the bug:

why are you using those HW hacks ?
any particular reason ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X

I was experimenting with them to see if they'll fix anything, tried both with every single on and every single hw hack off, same results.
As for the msaa i just like having it there.

What if you set everything to default ?

Cleared all settings,so i defaulted everything right now, still the same result.

There's a couple of things you can try. Try messing with the VU and EE rounding modes and Clamping (try the clamping first), if that doesn't help, enable gamefixes and try the VU XG Kick hack and the EE Timing Hack, they are the most likely ones to help.

The last thing to try if none of that helps, try the latest development build from here: http://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/index.php

Edit: looks like the EE Timing Hack fixes it.

Yeah, the EE timing hack seems to fix it,no matter the gfx settings.
Thanks a bunch, the thread can now be locked.
