Just Cause problem NTSC-U(Graphical Bug?)

So whenever I try loading Just Cause, (new game and all that good stuff)
I get this:

Does anybody know how to fix this? I really wanna see what the original Just Cause was like.

specs
8GB Ram
Intel Core i5-4200U @ 1.60 GHz (quadcore)
(Not sure what intel gfx i have)

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
  • The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  • Any non default settings you are using.
  • What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

I'm using 1.2.1 (because 1.4 gives an error when starting up)

I'm using an ISO file.

Never mind its REALLY laggy and the audio is screwed up.

That's your only choice without upgrading to 1.4.0 im afraid. But your laptop is quite slow anyway so it will run slow regardless.
