Just downloaded the emulator, but I'm dumb so I don't know if I did it right

So I just got the thing on my computer, so when I plugged in the bios I got this blue rectangle on my screen. But when I click on it nothing seems to indicate that it's working. How do I know if it's working properly and how do I get Ace Combat working on it (note: I am probably an idiot)

Edit: I looked it up and the square is normal, I just don't know where to go from here

I don't have a DVD, but it says there's an ISO. How do I insert the iso

So now I have downloaded the files for Ace Combat 0, it's in my file explorer but I don't know how to get it into the emulator
