I am not able to do anything on filedropper. I only get timeout error messges.

Game is paused, just resume game, run into the next room and begin attacking the rocketlauncher in the middle with circle attack (hold L1 and then circle). If it won't happen until the tower is destroyed, reload and retry, it does not happen every time.
*EDIT: Hit the tower fast, seems only to happen while it deploys or very soon after it it out. If you let it deploy fully, its much harder to recreate the problem.
