KH 2 Start Screen Problem

            So I tried downloading an English version of KH 2. I'm still having the same problem as my Final Mix one when I try to open the Start menu it still gives me a frozen screen. My laptop specs are:

Processor : Intel® Core™ 2 Duo CPU T6400 @ 2.0 GHz
Memory: 3072 MB
DirectX : DirectX11
Display: Mobile Intel® 45 Express Chipset Family
Memory: 1341 MB

I'll include some screenshots of my settings. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
