Tell us your complete specs, because CPU is more important than the GPU. Download the newest beta and then use speedhacks, set clamps to none and try superVU to see if your speed improves.

Your cpu might be ok for 2d games but it is not going to run 3d games very well. Your cpus clock rate is misleading, a pentium D at 3.2ghz is roughly equivalent to a core2 duo at 1.6ghz.

basically, use the newest beta, and you'll see some increases in speed. my 2.22 Pt. D can get 60fps on KH and KH2 (as well as dozens of others) and I disagree with the 1.6 comparison completely.
