KH2 settings problem

Hey everyone..

I got download KH2 and I have put some settings and it's kinda fast with pause or by start with 'New game/Load game'

But when I want to play and I am walking with Roxas or fighting it, it is very slowly.. Like slowmotion?? *but a little faster*

I got Intel® Core ™2 Duo CPU T7250 @ 2.00GHz 2.00 GHz

So.. What is the problem with the slowly of gameplay..?
