ok, i managed to skip the intro trough this topic. thanks OP and thank you those that answered. however, after the tutorial and the starting king monologue, when the first level starts, i get a black screen. i can hear stuff happening in the background and if i switch to software mode, everything is displayed properly, but in dx9 or dx10 hardware mode, i get the black screen. any special fix i'm missing?
EDIT: My bad! After disabling some of the speed hacks, the game now runs perfectly and at full speed even on my meager system. Thank you devs for this wonderfull piece of software that is pcsx2. My dreams of making an ultimate HTPC are slowly getting plausible.
