Keep or drop superVU

Do you know where the freezes were happening? Should I even look into it or was it more than likely fixed?

I believe is was a mistake(my),based in threads like that.For exemple;

http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-SOLVED-Ki...es-Problem

They were talking about VU cycle,not Super VU.

I can confirm that KH:Re CoM does work on mVU (at least for the first 6 floors - haven't finished the game yet).

I realized that - right after I posted my comment, and I couldn't figure out how to delete the comment. I didn't spend too much time looking because it didn't seem like a big deal.

Well just to bring you up to speed, we've decided not to drop it for now (as to the discussion on github https://github.com/PCSX2/pcsx2/issues/1622 which spawned a new issue showing what games work better on supervu (compatibilitywise) https://github.com/PCSX2/pcsx2/issues/1638 )

Once microVU is as compatible as SuperVU, we may consider dropping it, but until then it stays Smile

There's also Monopoly Party! , the VU1 must be set to "SuperVU Recompiler [Legacy]" to fix the missing board.

Known issue. It's also present in our meta list which was linked by refraction in a previous post.
We're supposed to be working as a team, if we aren't helping and suggesting things to each other, we aren't working as a team.

Don't know if this was mentioned - But Dawn of Mana will suffer from a huge performance drop with microVU eventually. I have a topic regarding that in the Bug Reports section somewhere still. (fairly old by now).

Playing it with SuperVU works perfect for the game aside from some errors in the console window.

In that video you can see the FPS dropping to as low as 38 from 60 sometimes. And when turning it to SuperVU, it goes straight back to 60 and remains stable. Going back to microVU on VU1 kills the FPS again.
