Kingdom Heart's lag. I Need Help.

Kingdom Heart's seems to run pretty laggy. It goes from 60 FPS to under that and begins to start stuttering and freezing up. When I disable the framelimiter however, the games above 60 and is extremely fast. Is there anyway I could lock the FPS at 60?

Kingdom hearts is not very demanding, an d that cpu should be enough with the recommended speedhacks enabled, and maybe ee cycle rate set to 1.

I'd say the problem here would be more your gpu.
Keep internal res set to native, set your laptop´s power plan to high performance, and that should do it.
