Kingdom Hearts 1 Again

I know that this question has been asked a lot, and I readed yesterday most of the post in which was wondered.

In Kingdom Hearts 1, the video freezes when Jane and Tarzan are saying goodbye to Sora, do you know any way to fix it?

I have the beta pcsx2 0.9.7, plugin sound peops with thread mode, removed speedhacks; but any solution that you may know, although it seems that I have already tried, is welcome and retested.

If it worths, the game is SCES 50971.

Try SPU2-X as sound plugin. Dunno if that'll fix it though.

was playing with spux-2 before the freeze, and i saw in some post to change to peops

is there some way to enable thread mode in spux?

Well, yea but that would defeat the point.
You're supposed to try SPU2-X because it's doing the SPU correctly > Better chance of the game working.

You can set the mixing mode to "async". That should do what you want.

Are you loading from a saved state by any chance? Cause you should always load from memory card when trying to get past freezes like that.
