Kingdom Hearts 1 crashes while fighting one of the last bosses [spoiler] kinda solved

The emulator crashes saying "pcsx2-r5350 has stopped working and needs to close" the standard W7 error. This only happens when I have taken the devil from fantasia down to less then a bar of health. There is no audio or visual glitches on screen it just "stops working/ needs to close".

What debugs can I run or any know fixes?
Maybe the manual game fixes?

It happened to me alot, I just used a save state when he had a bar of health left, and kept loading the save state when it crashed. It took a while, but I managed to get through it.
