Kingdom Hearts 1 slow

Specs:
Processor: AMD turion II p540 dual core
Graphics Card: ATI mobility Radeon hd 4200
(Tell me if there's something missing)

Gameplay is okay but when cutscenes are played and when going to other locations the fps would slow down from 50-60 fps to 9-8 fps(during cutscenes) and 23-25 fps(other locations). Please help. I'm also a noob so you know what that means.

Of course it runs but just as I have said, when going to other locations(a few of them) and during cutscenes, the game slows down. I'm just trying to find a way to maintain 50-60 fps during the whole game(is there?). I've read the requirements as well.

then you should know that it is not possible to atain constant good fps/fullspeed in the game.

simply put, your laptop is to weak to emulate ps2 games.

MAYBE some 2d games but not on fullspeed.
