Kingdom Hearts 2 cheat/.pnach

I tried to use .pnach on my Kingdom Hearts II version but it's didn't work att all and when I use ps2 disc cheker I havn't same version as here:

It's beacause I have french version?Is there a way to use cheat on this version?

That site have cheats/saves only for USA/NTSC games.

Here but they are not converted for pcsx2(to .pnach).They are the original codes for CodeBreaker(raw format).
