Kingdom Hearts 2 controller problems

I have all the settings right for the controller but my circle button and my x button are reversed.( Im using an xbox controller) I made sure the x button matched with a button and the circle button matched with the b button.

Are you playing final mix? The only reason I'm asking is because final mix has the x and o buttons switched.
