Well, it runs mostly at constant 60fps with

Intel Core2Duo E7200 @ 2,53 GhZ
2 GB Kingston RAM @ 933MhZ
ATI Radeon HD3650 with 512MB memory

Oh, and the game is the Final Mix+ version!
Using beta rev1059, Gsdx r1006.

Really heavy. Not much you can do. The same goes for the Athlon guy.
