Kingdom Hearts Control Issues

For some reason, my pad plugins for the SSSPSX v1.7.0 will not work for the LX, LY and RX, RY. I can't enter anything thing in them so I can't move. If there is no way to fix this can someone please provide download link for PadwinKeyb v0.9.0. Thx in advance.
