To revert it,you just have to change the last zero of the value to 1 or save the game and restart pcsx2 and start the game without cheats.
BTW,I made some test on the exact same place(the moment you have to start spamming triangle and circle(cross in the usa version)when Xemnas surround you with a lot of lasers)

VU Stealing to 0,FXAA,DX11,60FPS hack disabled
Native - 175fps
6x Scaling - 75fps

VU Stealing to 1,FXAA,DX11,60FPS hack disabled
Native - 175fps
6x Scaling - 75fps


VU Stealing to 0,FXAA,DX11,60FPS hack enabled
Native - 92fps
6x Scaling - 40fps

You could say that the speed goes down twice when the hack is enabled and vu stealing set to one,gives you back that speed

VU is 0,1,2,3(default is 0)
EE is 1,2,3(default is 1)

When the code is not enabled and I check the address with Autohotley,the value is 00000001 and when I change it to 0,the game start to run more smoothly

Btw with VU on 1 it's worse..

As you can see from my results,I get twice more speed with VU set to 1...I can even show you pictures

Ohhh i thought you were talking about the number in front of the "patch=x"

patch=0 means enabled the code once but since the game change to value from 0 to 1 once you load your save,the code will become useless if it's not constantly enabled(with patch=1)

Vu cycle stealing can reduce internal fps. If that is the effect you observe it is clear that the performance recovers by enabling it. Have you checked if vu cycle stealing reverts the hack?

I'm little bit stupid right now , sorry for that , my mind is just about to explode after the Solar Sailer fight , anyways , moving on ... How can you have more speed with VU 1 on when for me it's worse than having it off...
