Hello! New to the forums here and wanted to try PCSX2. I applied a 60fps patch to Kingdom Hearts II, but I do tend to get some fps drops to the high 40's. Is this due to hardware optimization or just emulation issues? I'm also running a cel shader as well. Fits the game perfectly imo!
Here are my specs:
i7 6700K OC'd @ 4.5ghz
16GB DDR4 @ 3000mhz
GTX 980ti OC'd @1342mhz
Edit: forgot to mention that I'm runnning at a custom resolution of 1920x1080. Thanks!

60 fps patch tends to be a resource hog.
even if you do have a very good cpu, that's to be expected.
recommended speedhacks should help, I guess.

In my experience it should not dip that low if you are OCed to 4,5 Ghz, try disabling the shader to check if that's the source of your slowdowns
