Kingdom Hearts II FM Crash

This is the second thread I post about this game, after fixing my previous problem (micro stuttering, fixed enabling VSync, 4gb patch and using Async Mix in audio settings, don't know which did the trick).

Now, Im having a different problem, I can play for a while but when I reach like one hour and half non stop , I crash, the frame rate drops from 60 to 1.5 , and stays at 1.5 fps until i press Esc, when I do, and click Resume, I get a Gs error, it says I don't have enough resources or something like that :/ ... what can be causing this now?..

I get solid 60 fps until that point is reached.

Gigabyte GTX 970
8GB RAM

Can you please monitor your RAM usage?

I notice whenever this happens the console shows the following a ton of times:

gs_merge is null, it spams the console with that and keeps lagging until I press Esc and when I hit resume it says gs plugin failed due to hardware limitations

My RAM does not go above 2gb of usage

Grabed one of the latest ones from git , 1.3.1

have you got a build number on that? there was an issue of a memory leak which i think has been solved recently, so it could be worth downloading the most recent build.
