Turn ee cyclerate and vu cycle stealing to 0. sometimes speedhacks cause problems. but still i see nothing wrong about the settings. does the default settings too give u the same prblm?

Again nothing wrong. this is getting more and more complex. i hope u will find a solution soon. because i cant see anything that will cause such fps. mostly this happens if your framelimitar is at none or turbo or u have changed the base framerate. but everything is fine as it looks

Ok i have no idea how but now it's working fine and I didn't change the ee cyclerate or the vu cycle. If this problem happens again I'll be sure to revisit this forum.
