Kingdom Hearts II is running just a little slow on my machine. I'm getting some slowdown on cutscenes and gameplay. I'm not sure what it is but I don't think it's my comp.
PCSX2 1.1.0 with pretty much default settings.
Comp Specs:
i7-3610QM @ 2.30GHz
16GB of RAM
GeForce GTX 660M

I was using 3x then lowered it to 2x but the slowdown was still noticeable. Even on native it's still there.

I think I figured it out. My laptop was on power saver; I switched it to high performance and it seems to have fixed it.
