Ok so I downloaded the beta and redid all my settings. It's hard to post screen shots since there isn't one main settings screen, but I'll just list everything important.

Video (GS): GSdx 3068 (MSVC 15.00, SSE41) 0.1.16 with Direct3D 9 (There was no 3D 10)

those settings doesnt help at all... you can use screenshot to post them. also do your windows updates with installing sp2 and the other updates to see the d3d10

in the first 2 photos you gave put the clamps to NONE (small speedup, may create problems in the future so put in back to normal if you get stack anywhere) ,test the speedhacks by using them 1 by one and find the best combination of them for speed but use as less as you can. also post a screenshot of the gsdx plugin and one with the plugins you are using, using different sound plugin may increase speed but reduces quality and other things, dont forget to update to service pack 2 and do the rest of the win updates to be able to use d3d10

Well I installed SP2 and the updates but I still can't see the d3d10

try using native ps2 resolution
as for the d3d10 be sure you installed all windows updates and also update your directX to the latest from microsoft (there are links in the official guide)

Well I tried to update directX and it told me the latest software is already installed and I have no windows updates available.
