Kingdom Hearts fps problem

First i want to tell you my laptop'specs

Video Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 6480G Discrete-Class Graphics
Processor : Intel core i3
Memory : 2048MB RAM
DirectX version : DirectX 11

The game run nicely, but not smoothly. Usually the fps will be 50-60% when in small area (corner of a building in a game, a small shop, etc). But when i enter a large area with seas and beach (destiny island) the fps drop to 10-20%
I wonder why the graphic will run slowly when i move the character to a large area where many items are.
My plugins:

GS : GSDx 5334 (MSVC 16.00, SSE41) 0.1.16 [gsdx32-sse4-r5350]
PAD : LilyPad svn (r5282) 0.11.0 [lilypad-r5350]
SPU2 : SPU2-X r5324 2.0.0 [spu2-x-r5350]
CDVD: cdvdGigaherz (r4488) 0.8.0 [cdvdGigaherz]

Please whoever good enough to fix these problems.

does appear you need to set your GSdx custom resolution at 512x512
and don't expect that video card because it's integrated making it too weak for most pcsx2 titles.

oh a little mistake i thought it's a AMD-A6 that supposed imbedded w/ integrated Radeon because i saw that model w/ the last digit in letters.
but HD 6480G is still weak for most pcsx2 titles

as for gsdx custom reso...
Config-->plugins list(GSdx categorty)-->Configure...

Power plug in. And the temperature is normal.
