Would I put those cheats in the 'Code Breaker' or somewhere else? I mean I know you can enter in cheats there but I just want to be sure.

I'll try that! But the worst thing that happened to me was that I tried loading my save and it's gone. I'll keep trying to locate it but if anything I'll just start over.

Also where do I place the file after saving it?

Place it in the cheats folder, and you'll need to activate "enable cheats" in PCSX2.

Okay I'll see if it works. One more thing, how would I go about finding the crc for a game (or KH specifically), so I can properly name the file?

It shows the CRC in the log window of PCSX2 when you start the game.

Code:
ELF (cdrom0:\SLUS_203.70;1) Game CRC = 0x0F6B6315, EntryPoint = 0x00100008

In this case the CRC is 0F6B6315
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @ 3.60~4.20 GHz | Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2x16GB) DDR4-3200
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Super @ 6 GB | Samsung 980 1TB | Windows 10 Pro x64 (22H2)

Hopefully that works but it stinks because my saves are deleted so I'll have to start all over but it's not like I was that far. This is off-topic but is there anyway to skip the intro to KH the first time you play or no? I mean since it's a tutorial and all after.
