When start the game its running perfectly, then when i choose new game
it tells me to pick difficulty and the vibration settings when i confirm it starts the game but the screen stays black, but I can press start.

Can you post the emulog.txt from when after the game freezes? You can find it in the logs folder.

Also, what version of PCSX2 are you using? What version of Kingdom Hearts? (NTSC/Pal/JPN)

Remake your iso from your Ps2 DVD using imgburn and it should be fine.
Of course, dont pay attention to yash...

Yea, no idea what yash was thinking...

As suggested (or if you havent already) rip your disc with imgburn. Either your iso was corrupt or faulty, or there is a problem with your disc. Hopefully the former.
