Kingdom hearts 1 and Pcsx2 on my Machine. FULL SPECS INCLUDED

Okay, let me start off by saying, yes this is my first post. I am trying to run kingdom hearts 1 on my computer and it runs at a VERY SLOW 20-25 FPS without speedhacks. With the Speedhacks it runs at a Okay 45 FPS.
Here are my machine specs:


CPU: Intel® Celeron® CPU 900 @ 2.20GHz

CPU SPEED: 2.2 GHz Performance Rated at: 2.20 GHz

RAM: 2.0 GB of RAM

OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition (build 7600), 64-bit

VIDEO CARD : Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family
Video Ram: 797.5 MB, 3D YES, Hardware & TL YES, Pixel Shader Version 4.0, Vertex Shader Version 4.0

DIRECTX VERSION: 11.0

SOUND CARD: CyberLink WebCam Virtual Driver

So my question is, what do you think of my machine? Is it good enough to run at a okay speed, and should i trash this machine. I have only had it for 1 year, it is not beat up or anything.
