Angry Kingdom hearts 2 looks like it would be full speed bit sora walks like jogging speed it just need a little speed up my specs is p4 3.20ghz

Hmm, I think your vid card is too slow for pcsx2, have you tried turning on the [Recommended] Speedhacks?
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.8GHz
Vid Card: Geforce 9400GT

no way you can play any 3d game with that gpu...
OS: Win 7 Ultimate x64 sp1, MoBo: Asus P5QD Turbo, CPU: Q6600 @ 3,0Ghz, RAM: Trancend 2x2gb 6-6-6-18 800 MHz, GPU: HD 4850 1gb.
