Kingdom hearts cutscene not playing

so im playing kingdom hearts and at the cutscene nearing the end of the prologue, when sora is looking out the window at the storm the cutscene just stops. but the lightning still plays at a loop. is there any fix for that?

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Any chance you've played with the clamping or rounding mode settings in EE and VU? It's common to disable clamping for a small speed boost, but it will break Kingdom Hearts cutscenes, so make sure they are on at least "normal".
