Klonoa 2 - Lunatea's Veil

Greetings. I'm trying to play this game but I get an annoying "ghost" image, like it was drawing the objects twice and misaligned. I tried using software mode with native resolution, it's hard to see but the issue seems to still be there, it kinda hurts the eyes after some time trying to play. I also tried using the hack for Namco games, the description seemed to fit perfectly, but didn't change anything... I couldn't find other people with the same issue with the game. 

Can somebody help me figure it out?

I couldn't upload another image for some reason. This one is with MSAA enabled, it makes easier to see the issue. It gets worse while moving, like it doesn't have focus on the screen, hard to explain.

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.
