It's gonna take them ditching the measly 64-bit units on the low-end.
With current trends, that'd make the weakest mobiles a decent enough "minimum" for most of PCSX2 (128-bit, DDR3). And if we're lucky at all, they'll ditch DDR3 and have nothing but 5 across the series. I'm not counting on it, but that would make any modern mobile card ideal for emulation.
