[LIST] Games that don't need a strong CPU to emulate!
Use native resolution and tick mtvu ..i knw u have dual core but mtvu hack work good with that game...

I can confirm that, It's really playable on slower hardware. Man, I wish there was a list like this for Dolphin, since I have no idea which games run well on dolphin, with slower hardware.

Crash Twinsanity can play at 40-60 FPS using speedhacks, but the boss battles run at 10-30 FPS. Otherwise it's playable.

Using a Dual Core 2 T5450 1.666 GHz, GM965 GPU.
CPU:

I checked recently Heavenly Guardian, for anybody that follows this thread and the game runs smoothly, although I found the game a little boring Tongue
