Yep 3x I get 50-60 2x is perfect and 4x is 35-45

Oh, I see, you were talking about my main list, not the goofy list of racing games.

Ratchet and Clank Up your Arsenal requires software basically, I haven't tried Going Commando or the original one, do they?

If you want to fix texture bugs due to no mip mapping in hardware mode then yes. If you want to run in hardware mode though you need a decent gpu.

Haha... so.. if you can't run it in software because your CPU is slow, you still gotta have a beefy GPU to run it the ugly way, huh.

Well, in my test, I can run it at 6x and my GPU never maxes - my CPU does on EE. With EE hack at 3, I get 55-80FPS, but all the slowdown is CPU side:
   

Man, it looks awesome. Too bad about the mipmapping >_<
