#1
Hello Guys! New one here.

Having a single problem with LOTR: Return of the King. The text in menu, does not show. I read in a Closed Thread that changing the GS Direct3d9 to OpenGL, the problem would be solve, but when i did it occur and error (3) Cant set the pixel format, next comes the message telling that the GPS Plug-in fail to load, that i have not compatible ou sufficient hardware/drivers. I click OK and it sent me to Plugin Settings Panel. Anyone can help me!?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Go to the Intel website and install the latest GPU drivers. It doesn't look like you have any installed.

Here's the deal. I forgot to say that I am using Wineskin on a Macbook Pro 13 (mid 2012) with Intel core i5 2,5GHz.

P.S.: Have no ideia of what does it mean! But

P.S.2.: I can play in full speed with the Hardware mode on Direct3d9, but without the text. Using the Software mode of D3D9, the text is showed, but in 30%-40% of speed. None of OpelGl modes are able.

I'm not really familiar with WINE, sorry. I guess you could try DX11, but otherwise that's as far as you'll get.

Apple decided to stop supporting openGL on 2011. It was too expensive to pay 1 engineer for it. Tbh, they try their best to avoid cross-platform compatibility and here the result.

So I will suggest to try the version 1.5 maybe it would work better. Otherwise sell your mac and buy a real PC (Apple doesn't need your money).
