LOTR: Third Age Cheats don't work

Hello, I'm new in the forum and I have the codebreakerv10 iso and in the cheats list I can find LOTR 3rd age there, but when I load the game, the cheats don't work.. also, I downloaded a pnach file (614F4CF4.pnach), the emulator says that loaded the cheats, but they still don't work in game:

My Iso ID is as follows: Lord of the Rings, The - The Third Age (Europe) (En,Nl,Pt,Sv,Pl) - SLES_528.01
CRC: 614F4CF4
I tried every search in google for those cheats, action replay max iso crashes the emulator, gameshark I can't see anything on screen (maybe corrupted or not supported by the emu?) also, I was able to cheat in other games using Codebreaker Iso (such as Fatal Frame 2), but LOTR: 3rd age seems to be bloody impossible... any help on that?

I've done that b4, I downloaded the pnach file somewhere in this forum, the guy who uploaded explained that, so I opened with notepad, removed the markers, loaded the game, the emulator said "Found Cheats file: '614F4CF4.pnach'
Loaded 2 Cheats from '614F4CF4.pnach'
Overall 2 Cheats loaded"
 but when I level up, nothing as described on the cheats happens.. also, the Codebreaker cheats were supposed to work as well... but same thing.. and I can cheat other games using that but this one...

I looked up the post where you got it from...

I cannot personally vouch for these codes nor can I even guarantee that the codes are for the EU version of the game. CodeTwink doesn't differentiate between game regions. I can't test these since I don't own this game nor have any desire to play it.

Codetwink has NTSC codes. So that's why they aren't working.

Damn, and I can't find the American ISO anywhere... the only american version that I find is for Game Cube...

ok, I have found a NTSC iso SLUS_210.27, and cheats don't work either, not even with codebreaker...
