LOW FPS

Hello Guys ! I want to help me in order to play my game (ape escape 3) on high fps(60) but it plays on 30. The version on pcsx2 is 1.6.0. The specs of my laptop is :
Cpu: intel core i5 7200u
Ram:8gb
Graphic cards:intel 620 hd mobile and amd radeon 520 2gb
Hdd:1tb
Windows 10 64 bit

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
