i have this game and it doesn't lag at all in any stage.
the problem is your settings and/or computer.

I Made it Finaly.

I tried so many times different settings and plugins in 0.9.7

Now its playable at 45-60 Fps

Sometimes it fall down at 28 fps, but only if i change map or something like that.
I used the Plugin of 0.9.6
and some settings..
