Lag with PCSX2

Hi everyone,

I come here to ask you the reason why my PCSX2 lag, in everygame I downloaded (GoW, SotC, Okami), I doubt this is because of my hardware:

-Q6600 2.4Ghz,
-8800GT 512Mo
-4GO ram PC6400
-Windows 7 Ultimate

Please, do you know a solution to my problem, I tested many configs, but it still lag.
